MamaVera delivers portioned lunches to companies in Sintra, whether that is once for a busy project day or on a standing weekly rota. Each order arrives divided per person and labelled, so the team eats without anyone playing host. Menus rotate so people are not looking at the same chicken and rice every Tuesday.
You tell us the headcount and the delivery window, and we send the following week's menu a few days ahead for confirmation. Changes to numbers are fine up to the day before. A typical lunch is a hot main with a side, a salad, bread and a piece of fruit or a small dessert — enough to be a proper meal rather than a snack.
Getting to an office in Abrunheira, Cacém or the Estefânia side at midday takes different amounts of time, and the older streets are not kind to a delivery van running late. We schedule Sintra routes with that built in and confirm the arrival window rather than promising a single minute. If your building has restricted loading access, tell us once and we note it on the account.
The cooking is Mediterranean with a Slavic accent: roasted vegetables and grains, baked fish, slow-cooked meats, stuffed peppers, cold beetroot and walnut salads, soups in colder months. Sandwich and salad-bowl days work well when the team is eating at desks. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals are cooked as their own dishes, not as a main with the meat removed.
We work best from around ten lunches upwards. Smaller regular orders are possible depending on where in Sintra you are and the day of the week.
Yes, disposable or proper tableware, whichever you prefer. Tableware can be collected the same day or the next morning.
Tell us the date, the number of guests and the style — we'll send a tailored proposal.
