A savoury-and-sweet office buffet in Sintra means one table your colleagues can graze from between sessions: finger food on one side, cakes and pastries on the other, no cutlery required. We deliver to offices across Sintra — the business parks near Cacém and Rio de Mouro as well as smaller studios up in the historic centre — and set the table up before people arrive. It suits team days, product launches, birthdays and end-of-quarter gatherings equally well.
Canapés on rye and sourdough, mini quiches, stuffed vol-au-vents, marinated vegetable skewers, cheese and cured meats, and one or two warm bites such as pastry parcels or meatballs. All of it is designed to be eaten standing, with a napkin and nothing else. We count six to nine pieces per person for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon break, more if the buffet replaces lunch.
Our own tarts and cakes cut into small portions, honey cake, fruit boards, éclairs, and a few Portuguese classics for the local colleagues. We keep sugar levels sensible so the room does not crash an hour later, and we always include a fruit-based option and something gluten-free. If there is a birthday, we can bring a whole cake alongside the sliced ones.
Sintra traffic and the climb into the older parts of town are worth planning around, so we agree a delivery slot with a margin and arrive before your break starts. Tell us about lifts, reception desks, badge access or a loading restriction and we will work around it. Setup takes twenty to thirty minutes; we can either leave everything with you or come back at an agreed hour to clear.
Yes. We build both into the standing menu rather than sending separate boxes, and label the trays so colleagues can serve themselves confidently.
Three to four working days is comfortable for a standard office buffet; get in touch anyway if it is sooner, as we can often manage a smaller order at short notice.
Tell us the date, the number of guests and the style — we'll send a tailored proposal.
