For conferences, product launches, AGMs and after-work receptions in Lisbon, we deliver assorted snacks in waves that follow your agenda rather than one large drop at the start. Volumes are planned per guest and per break, so the coffee break at eleven and the drinks at six get different food. We work with venue teams as well as directly with organisers.
Send us the timings and expected numbers and we split the order into breaks. A morning break is usually pastries, fruit and something savoury and light; the afternoon one leans towards substantial finger food; an evening reception moves to canapés and a couple of warm items. Portions per person go up as the day goes on, which is the part organisers most often underestimate.
We deliver to hotel meeting rooms, coworking event spaces, the venues around Marquês de Pombal and Parque das Nações, and to offices hosting their own guests. Delivery includes laying the tables, tray presentation and dietary labelling in English and Portuguese. Where a venue requires it, we can also stay to replenish and clear between sessions.
Bacalhau croquettes, beetroot and horseradish blini, aubergine rolls with walnut, cured ham with melon, mini quiches and stuffed vine leaves all sit well for a couple of hours without losing their look. Sweet side is small — honey cake squares, tartlets, seasonal fruit. Anything that needs to be eaten in the first fifteen minutes we flag before you order it.
Often yes, but check with the venue first — some hotels charge a fee for outside food or refuse it outright. We can talk to them directly if that helps.
Yes. Multiple deliveries across one event day are normal for us and are quoted as a single order.
Tell us the date, the number of guests and the style — we'll send a tailored proposal.
