We deliver assorted snack trays to company offices across Lisbon, from a single morning drop to a standing weekly order. Each tray is built the same day from Mediterranean recipes with a Slavic touch — savoury canapés, small pastries, cheese and cured meats, fruit — and arrives ready to put straight on the table. Office managers usually keep the same weekday and time slot, so nobody has to think about it again.
A standard order is a mix of cold canapés, small filled rolls or wraps, one or two warm bites and a sweet section. Everything comes on presentation trays with serving tongs, napkins and labels marking vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items. If your floor has no kitchen, we bring disposable plates and cups that look reasonable on a meeting table.
Most of our company clients settle on a repeating pattern — Tuesday and Thursday mornings, for example — and we adjust headcount by message the day before. Menus rotate so people are not eating the same four things every week. Deliveries are collected into a single monthly invoice with VAT, which is usually what the finance side asks for.
We deliver to Parque das Nações, Avenidas Novas, Saldanha, Alcântara and the older buildings in Baixa and Chiado. Loading access and lift rules differ from one building to the next, so we ask once at the first order and note it. Trays are brought up and laid out ourselves rather than left with the concierge.
We start from around ten people. Below that the delivery cost stops making sense for the client, and we will say so.
Two working days is comfortable for a new order. Standing clients can change numbers up to the afternoon before.
