For a garden lunch or a long afternoon party in Cascais, grilled food and good salads are usually all you need. We can bring the grill and cook on site, or deliver everything cooked, dressed and ready to serve — the choice depends on your space and how long the party runs. Fish, meat and vegetables come off the same fire, and the salads are built to survive a warm terrace.
With a live grill, food goes from fire to table in minutes and the cooking becomes part of the afternoon — sea bass and dourada, prawns, chicken and pork skewers, lamb, whole vegetables and halloumi. Where a fire is not practical, we grill in our kitchen and deliver in transport that keeps everything at temperature, finishing with fresh herbs and dressing on arrival. Both versions use the same ingredients; only the timing changes.
Most buffet salads collapse within an hour outdoors. Ours are built from ingredients that do not wilt — roasted peppers and aubergine, tomatoes with good olive oil, grains, pulses, fennel, citrus — with dressings added late and leafy elements served separately. There are always vegan and gluten-free options, and they are dishes in their own right rather than a plate of leaves beside the meat.
Garden houses in Birre, terraces near the Marina, condominium roof decks, and the villas out along the Guincho road all take this format well. Wind and afternoon sun are the two things that need planning here: we bring covers, weighted presentation and shaded serving where the site calls for it. We check the grill's position, gas or charcoal, and clearance rules with you or the condominium in advance.
We can bring our own equipment and fuel, or cook on your grill if it is the right size and in good order — we check that with you beforehand.
Yes — we pack components separately and dress on site, so an earlier delivery does not cost you texture or freshness.
