We deliver event catering anywhere in Lisbon and the surrounding towns, from a drinks reception in an Alfama gallery to a hundred-guest buffet in a Parque das Nações venue. Food is cooked on the day, packed for transport and either handed over ready to serve or set up in full by our team. Delivery, serving equipment and collection are all part of the arrangement, not extras you have to source separately.
Drop-off means we deliver on disposable or returnable platters, talk your host through the layout and leave you to it — the cheaper option for informal events. Full setup means we bring buffet tables, linen, porcelain and chafing dishes, arrange the spread, keep it topped up and clear afterwards. Most clients choose drop-off up to about 30 guests and full setup above that.
Not every dish survives a van and a lift. We build event menus around food that holds its texture for two to three hours: canapés on sturdy bases, slow-cooked meats, roasted and marinated vegetables, tarts, cured fish, cheese and fruit boards. Anything that must be assembled at the last minute we finish on site rather than sending out early and hoping.
Narrow streets in Bairro Alto and Príncipe Real, restricted vehicle access in Baixa, tight service lifts in older buildings — these decide when we leave the kitchen. Tell us the exact address, the floor, and any loading window the building enforces, and we will build the schedule backwards from the moment you want the food on the table. We also cover Cascais, Estoril, Sintra and Oeiras.
We deliver into the evening for parties and receptions; late-night slots are fine as long as we agree them when you book rather than on the day.
Delivery within central Lisbon is included from a modest order value; for outlying areas or very small orders we quote it clearly in advance.
Tell us the date, the number of guests and the style — we'll send a tailored proposal.
